Catering FAQs

How far in advance do I need to place a catering order? For pick-up orders, we require 24 hours notice. Orders for delivery require 48 hours notice. For larger events requiring full service staffing, earlier is better — call our Catering Manager, Maddie at (904) 753-1865 to confirm availability and learn more.

Do you offer delivery for catering orders? Yes, delivery is available for catering orders over $150. Delivery fees apply.

How do I place a catering order? You can place an order by filling out the contact form below, and our Catering Manager will follow up. Let us know your event date, headcount, and any menu items you'd like — we'll help you build the right order.

Can I customize a catering order for dietary restrictions? We try our very best to accommodate most dietary requests with advance notice - check out our vegetarian lasagna option! Please let us know about dietary restrictions when placing your order.

Does Arte cater events in Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island? Yes! We cater parties, office lunches, family gatherings, and events throughout Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and the surrounding area. Our catering menu includes pans of pasta, appetizers, salads, and desserts that start at about 10 servings per pan.

Is there a minimum order for catering? There are no minimums required for guest count. Most of our catering pans start at 10 servings. If you're planning a smaller gathering, give us a call and we're happy to help you figure out the right amount.
